Minister for primary education S Shailajanath said on Friday that the last date for enrolment in the Intermediate course of Andhra Pradesh State Open School (APOSS) had been extended till January 29 to accommodate those who passed in November/December.
Releasing the results of SSC examinations of APOSS, the minister said that out of the total 12,195 students who appeared for the exams this year, 4,146 passed it. He said that the APOSS certificate was be equal to the normal SSCs. The students can go in for vocational courses in the APOSS intermediate colleges, he added.
